Wildlife Awareness and Lot Maintenance

As a reminder, snakes and other wildlife are common in Texas, particularly during warmer months and in areas experiencing new development and construction. We encourage all residents to take appropriate precautions when walking near trails, greenbelts, and areas with tall grass.

In addition, please be advised that builders have been notified to maintain their contracted lots, including regular mowing, weeding, and debris removal, to help reduce conditions that may attract wildlife.

Your safety is important to us, and we appreciate your continued awareness as the community continues to grow.
