Proper Trash Can Storage

This is a friendly reminder regarding the proper storage of trash cans within the community. Per the association’s governing documents, trash cans must be stored out of view, either behind your fence or behind an acc-approved screening fence.

Trash cans that are left in front of the garage, in the driveway, or on the side of the home without proper screening may result in violations and/or fines in accordance with the community’s guidelines.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in keeping our community looking clean and well-maintained. If you plan to install screening for your trash cans, please remember to submit an ACC Request Form for approval prior to installation.
